Any item can be picked up at our store. The item will need to be ordered but should be available for next day pickup between 8:00am - 5:00pm the next day.

We offer next day delivery on almost all items we offer. Furniture and special order items may require more time for delivery. There are exceptions for items that may need to be shipped from an alternate warehouse and may require an extra day for shipping.

Locate the free gift icon on the left side of the screen and simply click on the image. A pop-up box will appear with the options based on order total you may qualify for. Click on the free gift you wish to receive based on your order total.

Items can be added to an order the same day up until 5:00pm.

Items cannot be taken off an order once it has been placed. However, we can do an easy return for any item that is not needed.

There are several custom stamps able to be ordered on our website and they are indicated with a ‘customize’ button. These stamps can be ordered step by step by simply following the procedure provided online. Custom stamps without the customize icon are currently required to either be faxed or emailed to us for ordering. There is a custom products order form located within our catalog or simply contact us at and we can email one your way. Simply fill out all of the information, send it our way by either fax or email, and we can process your request. Generally, custom stamps and/or nameplates will take anywhere between 7-10 business days for delivery.

During the checkout process, there is a box provided for any coupon code we offer.

It could be that you have accidentally logged into our website as a guest rather than with your account information. It could also be that your account has been sent up to pay by credit card only.

We do offer a recycling program and the icon for this feature is located on the left side of the screen under the free gift icon.
